ProLytiks sells digital PDF products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because our products are digital and immediately accessible, we do not accept returns in the traditional sense.
Our Support Policy
ProLytiks is an educational analytical framework designed to improve research structure, decision-making discipline, and MLB game analysis workflow. If you experience a genuine issue accessing your product or believe the product materially differs from its description, contact us at support@prolytiks.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll review your request promptly.
Eligible Support Requests
We will review refund requests in the following situations:
- You were unable to access or download your purchased file
- The file was corrupted or unusable upon delivery
- You were charged more than once for the same order
Non-Eligible Requests
The following are not grounds for a refund:
- Change of mind after purchase
- The content did not meet personal expectations
- You no longer need the product
